HOW IS GIN MADE?

Here we look at SPUTNIK our 15L "Hybrid" alembic pot pilot still. SPUTNIK is used for new product development and small scale distillates for experimentation and bespoke liquids. Although SPUTNIK is a Hybrid still (half stainless steel, half copper and with some bespoke modifications) the process, parts and fundamentals are essentially the same of that of a traditional alembic still.
